At iSLAYBROWSUPPLIES, we strive for perfection in every arch, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused beauty supplies. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used pigments, needles, and adhesives cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Ensure all items are in their original, unopened packaging with safety seals intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Securely pack your items and send them to our processing center using a tracked shipping method; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
